On March 17, as the first light of dawn illuminated two pavilions at the National Exhibition and Convention Center in Shanghai, Poly‑Science made a simultaneous appearance at two major industry events—the TCT Asia Additive Manufacturing Show and the FIC Food Additives and Ingredients Exhibition—presenting itself across both venues. With polylactic acid (PLA) as our central link, we showcased the boundless potential of green materials on the dual tracks of technological innovation and everyday applications.

At this exhibition, Poly‑Lactic Acid Materials Co., Ltd. is spotlighting its 3D‑printing‑specific PLA materials, showcasing the deep integration of bio‑based materials with cutting-edge intelligent manufacturing. Backed by the technological expertise led by Academician Xuesi Chen’s team, our PLA materials boast a high crystallization rate and excellent melt stability, making them ideally suited to 3D‑printing processes. Combined with environmental heating technology, they enable the precise fabrication of heat‑resistant components.

Phoenix

Crown

At the exhibition, two phoenix crowns 3D‑printed from eco‑friendly PLA filament captured the spotlight—inspired by traditional Chinese phoenix crowns, they faithfully recreate classic motifs such as intertwined lotus vines and auspicious clouds through digital modeling, then take shape layer by layer via PLA filament printing. Every line is delicately smooth, and every openwork detail is meticulously crafted.

In addition to the culturally rich phoenix crown, we showcased a range of highly creative 3D‑printed pieces that drew visitors to stop and snap photos, marveling at the seamless fusion of bio‑based materials and traditional aesthetics—making PuliSi a standout highlight of the exhibition.

Each piece is uniquely distinctive, showcasing PLA’s core strengths—its natural eco‑friendliness, high molding precision, and exceptional moldability—while also conveying Polysciences’ creative ingenuity in the field of 3D‑printing materials. Visitors gained a vivid sense of the boundless possibilities that bio‑based materials bring to design and manufacturing. The Polysciences team warmly welcomed guests, fostering an energetic on‑site dialogue where ideas sparked and innovation flourished.

FIC Pavilion: Revitalizing Food Trends, Empowering Sustainable Ingredients

FIC

At the concurrently held FIC exhibition, PuliSi Biotechnology Co., Ltd. made a high‑profile debut with its core food‑grade lactic acid products, harnessing the pure power of biofermentation to inject green momentum into the food industry.

At the exhibition, PuliSi Bio vividly demonstrated the core value of lactic acid in the food industry—serving as an acidulant, antimicrobial agent, and pH regulator—in products such as dairy items, meat products, alcoholic beverages, and seasonings, through hands-on efficacy testing and compelling application case presentations.

Lactic acid, except in the food industry It is also widely used in fields such as animal feed, pharmaceuticals, daily chemicals, leather processing, and agriculture, and can be further processed into derivatives like lactates and lactic acid esters. The broad applications of lactic acid have drawn numerous industry professionals and visitors, creating a bustling scene with a vibrant and enthusiastic atmosphere.

Dual-venue collaboration, embarking together on a new green journey.

TCT&FIC

Under the same sky, with two venues blossoming in tandem, this is PuliSi’s vivid embodiment of its “full‑industry‑chain strategy.” From the cutting edge of additive manufacturing to real‑world applications in food and everyday life, we center on polylactic acid materials, seamlessly connecting R&D innovation, large‑scale production, and scenario‑specific deployment across the entire value chain. In doing so, we are putting into practice our industrial vision: “deep processing of agricultural products — microbial fermentation — advanced polymer materials — new material applications.”
