The company’s carefully prepared “Spring Festival Reunion Feast” was ready: steaming dishes, sweet and delicious fruits, and auspicious pastries—all brimming with the comforting flavors of home. There were no lavish displays, but there was the camaraderie of colleagues standing side by side; no loved ones gathered around the table, but the heartfelt warmth of the team supporting one another. “Thank you all for your hard work! Happy Spring Festival!” On New Year’s Eve, General Manager Li Rongqun visited the production workshops, went straight to the front-line teams, and warmly shook hands with and chatted with each employee who remained on duty. He inquired in detail about production schedules during the holiday, as well as employees’ food and lodging arrangements, urging everyone to prioritize safety and strike a healthy balance between work and rest while keeping production on track.
