Exhibit Introduction
At this year’s exhibition, PuliSi’s flagship product—lactic acid (2-hydroxypropanoic acid)—has won widespread acclaim thanks to its “natural origins and multifaceted advantages,” making it a focal point for food companies and R&D professionals alike!
As a naturally occurring carboxylic acid, polylysine lactic acid boasts remarkable product characteristics:
1. The appearance is a colorless, clear or slightly yellowish viscous liquid with no distinct odor, exhibiting only a faint characteristic aroma; it is miscible with water in any proportion.
2. Its water solubility is truly top‑notch, allowing it to mix with water in any proportion; it is used as an acidulant, antimicrobial agent, and pH regulator in dairy products, meat products, alcoholic beverages, and seasonings.
3. It exhibits excellent biodegradability and serves as a raw material for the biodegradable polymer polylactic acid.
