Affected by the ongoing international geopolitical situation, the procurement prices of key upstream raw and auxiliary materials—sulfuric acid and corn—have risen sharply. Coupled with concurrent increases in energy costs, logistics and transportation expenses, and packaging‑related inputs, our company’s polylactic acid production costs have continued to climb. At present, these cost hikes have exceeded the level that the company can absorb on its own.
To ensure consistent product quality and supply chain sustainability, the company has, after careful deliberation, decided:
Effective April 1, 2026, Our company is uniformly increasing the prices of its entire range of polylactic acid products by RMB 700 per ton. This price adjustment aligns with the actual rise in production costs and is conducted in an open, transparent, reasonable, and compliant manner.
Important Note: Orders that have already been contracted, with prices locked and deposits paid, will continue to be governed by the original contract terms and are not affected by this price adjustment.
